    Matthias Hossann, PEUGEOT Design Director, has placed it in brutalist architecture before it tackles Endurance racetracks in 2022.
    This was an opportunity for the fashion and supercar photographer Agnieszka Doroszewicz, to play with the light and the concrete's contrasts. Her photographs are a metaphor for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, a mythical race in which the light changes as the hours go by.

    From February 28, Daniel DeGasperi is VGA's Product PR Communications Manager. Reporting to the VGA's General Manager of Corporate Communications, Paul Pottinger, Daniel brings 15 years' experience as a journalist and, over the past three years, the spokesman for Lexus Australia and senior account director of Havas. At VGA, Daniel will work with Volkswagen Passenger Vehicles and Commercial Vehicles, SKODA and CUPRA.

    Audi RS Q e-tron at the Dakar Rally: Successful start into a new era
    The most complex race car in Audi's history to date passed its baptism of fire at the Dakar Rally with flying colors. All three Audi RS Q e-tron cars mastered the world's toughest off-road rally on their debut in Saudi Arabia. In total, they covered around 24,000 desert kilometers – almost three times the 8,700 test kilometers that Audi had previously completed. Mattias Ekström/Emil Bergkvist finished ninth in Jeddah as the best Audi driver team in a demanding edition of the desert classic.     Western Australia Police to patrol the highways in ŠKODA's Superb Wagon
    Western Australia Police (WAPOL) has ordered 55 ŠKODA Superb Wagons to patrol the state's highways, the first large scale sale by the European brand to an Australian law enforcement agency.
    The multi-award winning Czech-produced ŠKODA Superb Wagon is powered by a 206kW/350Nm turbo petrol four cylinder engine that drives all four wheel via a six speed dual clutch automatic transmission. It is capable of reaching 100km/h from a standing start in some 5.8 seconds.

    CUPRA Born arrives in Australia for testing
    The first fully electric vehicle from the Barcelona-based performance and lifestyle auto brand CUPRA will soon be seen on Australian roads. CUPRA, which is introduced to this market later this year, has been freighted to Sydney, the first of three Born EVs that will be tested over 10,000km each.
    This will be the first time that time that the Born has been driven outside Europe, where it is a Car of the Year finalist.

    Audi accelerates transformation
    Despite the worldwide semiconductor shortage, Audi is still setting a fast pace on its path to the sustainable premium mobility of the future. That is evident in fully electric car deliveries in the past year, which increased by 57.5 percent over the previous year. Additionally, Audi more than doubled its product portfolio of fully electric models in the past year. Despite the difficult supply situation, in total, Audi-brand deliveries approached the previous year's volume: in 2021, the company with the four rings delivered 1,680,512 models to customers, 0.7 percent fewer than in 2020. The Mitsubishi Outlander performed well in adult occupant protection tests, with full marks awarded in the side impact and oblique pole tests. Protection offered in the frontal offset (MPDB) and full width tests showed mostly adequate to good results, with some marginal readings recorded. The Outlander is fitted with a centre airbag, designed to reduce occupant to occupant injury in side impact crashes, however it did not meet ANCAP's coverage requirements, and a penalty was applied.
