Citroën Australia will proudly debut the new Citroën C5 X Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV), set to arrive as a single variant in H1 2024, at the Citroën Amy's Great Ocean Road Gran Fondo this weekend.
With Register Your Interest now open, the addition of Citroën's first electrified variant in the Australian market will extend the Citroën C5 X range, following its local launch in October 2022.

Catering to cyclists of all abilities, the Citroën Amy's Great Ocean Road Gran Fondo provides a weekend of fun for cycling enthusiasts, families, and spectators. Participants traverse the Great Ocean Road this weekend, Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th of September 2023, on fully closed roads in one of the most picturesque locations in the world. Participants raise much needed funds for the Amy Gillett Foundation, helping them to create a safe riding environment across Australia.
For those opting to enjoy the scenery from the sidelines, Citroën's Comfort Zone offers something for everyone! It is the perfect opportunity to become acquainted with the stylish and comfortable Citroën C5 X, the official race support car for the Citroën Amy's Great Ocean Road Gran Fondo 2023, and spot the C5 X PHEV on display for the first time in Australia.
Within the Comfort Zone visitors can relax in a deck chair and enjoy the atmosphere. Providing protection from the elements, visitors can collect a free Citroën Cap, top up their sunscreen to remain sun safe, and be awed by the riders at Rampfest, the BMX Stunt Show, before brushing up on their skills at the BMX skills clinic.
