Volvo Car Australia has recognised its best retailers at the annual Pinnacle Awards of Excellence after another record-breaking sales performance in 2023.

For the first time Volvo Cars Parramatta was named Major Metro Retailer of The Year. In another first Volvo Cars Mosman took out the Major Retailer of the Year award while Volvo Cars Southern Highlands was named Rural Retailer of the Year award.

Runner-up awards were presented to Volvo Cars South Yarra (Major Metro); Volvo Cars Doncaster (Major Metro second runner-up); and Volvo Cars Penrith (Metro).

"Pinnacle is always a fiercely contested programme, and 2023 was no exception." said Stephen Connor, Managing Director of Volvo Car Australia.

"In some cases it was extremely close, requiring a few re-checks and additional reviews of the data with winners and runners up decided on the finest of margins,

"Our 2023 winners are the absolute pinnacle of excellent customer service. When you get customer experience right the commercial results will always follow. Creating an excellent culture means the best staff thrive and get even better at what they do.

"This delivers the best possible experience for every one of our customers, and that means they keep coming back to Volvo, and hopefully, tell their friends too.

"Congratulations to all of our brilliant retailers. Their efforts in 2023 helped power Volvo Car Australia to another record year, with more than 11,000 cars sold, including nearly 4000 sales of our Pure Electric cars.
