One of the sportiest and most stylish luxury wagons on the market, the Volvo V70 has raised the stakes even further with the release this week of the limited edition V70 TITANIUM. Already known for its refined looks, strength and comfort, the V70 TITANIUM further enhances the big Volvo wagon's appeal.

The impressive list of standard appointments starts with the signature Titanium metallic paint, embellished with silver roof rails, 17 inch Thor alloy wheels, silver side and bumper mouldings, front fog lights, and rear roof spoiler. On the inside is off-black leather upholstery set off by silver mesh inlays. A rearward facing twin child seat completes the package.

The price of the V70 TITANIUM is $63,950, just $2000 more than the standard V70 2.4 SE Automatic at $61,950. These items, if bought separately, would cost more than $9000. There are only 65 V70 TITANIUM wagons available in Australia.

Volvo's compact is also available in limited edition sedan and wagon versions. The S40 AKTIV and V40 AKTIV, a name inspired by the Swedish word for "active", proves that good things really do come in small packages.

The AKTIV features a choice of Black Sapphire, Titanium and Silver body colours, with 15" Vogon alloy wheels, black-blend dual headlights, front fog lights and rear spoiler. The cabin has leather upholstery and claret wood-effect inlays.

The price for the S40 AKTIV is $44,450 and the V40 AKTIV is $46,450, $2500 more than the S40 2.0 and V40 2.0 Automatic. If purchased individually, the value-add items listed above would normally cost more than $7000.
