Suzuki Australia's dealership expansion over the course of the last financial year has led to an 8% increase in growth of its dealer network, boasting a total of 95 Suzuki dealerships in Australia to date, and growing.

Keeping ahead of demographic migration, Suzuki Australia has been strategic in its appointment of new dealers ensuring customer experience and satisfaction is achieved and maximised in the ever expanding marketplace.

As a result, Suzuki Australia has been able to grow its dealer network from 88 to 95 in the current financial year with plans in place to grow even further with current negotiations underway for the appointment of additional dealers over the coming months to service crucial open points geographically.

Since Michael Pachota's appointment as General Manager - Automotive in September 2017, the company has carefully worked on developing the network with an aim to further enhance our performance with greater awareness geographically, with a high priority on customer satisfaction through convenience; delivering on a total Suzuki experience.

"Our recent dealer appointments reflect our business strategy with an aim to maximize awareness from a geographical position and maintain the high standard in convenience and experience Suzuki Customers have grown to expect.  We found in various regions, due to changes over time, openings in prime market areas may have arisen and were simply never filled."

All new dealerships and recent developments at existing sites boast Suzuki Australia's newly introduced 'Suzuki Showroom Design Guidelines' with a focus that reflects a more sophisticated but bright and vibrant image for the brand, more importantly, provides a comfortable, welcoming space for Suzuki customers.
