Introducing the All-New, Next-Level PEUGEOT 3008 Hybrid

PEUGEOT Australia is pleased to introduce the all-new, next-level PEUGEOT 3008 Fastback SUV to the Australian market, launching exclusively with an efficient hybrid powertrain.

Powered by a new generation of PureTech petrol engine specially developed for optimal integration with hybridisation, the 1.2L Turbocharged PureTech Hybrid engine delivers 100kW of power @ 5,500rpm and 230Nm of torque @ 1,750rpm. It is coupled with a new 6-speed dual-clutch electrified gearbox that includes an electric motor.

With a battery that recharges while decelerating, this technology helps to provide extra torque at low engine speeds and lowers fuel consumption and CO2 emissions by up to 32%2 when compared to previous generation PEUGEOT 3008 internal combustion engine vehicles (ICE). The new PEUGEOT 3008 Hybrid range has a combined cycle fuel consumption of 4.9L/100km3 and CO2 emissions of 111g/km3.

Standard across the range, the new PEUGEOT i-CockpitTM takes driving pleasure to the next level, with the revised layout improving accessibility and visibility of information, featuring a 21” HD curved display, compact steering wheel with flush controls and digital i-toggles with up to 10 widgets. The head-up display and the large central touch screen are now integrated into a curved panoramic screen made up of a single 21-inch high-definition panel, which extends from the right-hand end of the dashboard to the centre console.

The new PEUGEOT 3008 features a revamped front end with the classic three-claw light signature but introduces a fresh design for the headlamps and grille. The new PEUGEOT emblem seamlessly integrates with the light signature and grille, using a gradient body colour for a cohesive look. PEUGEOT has modernised the traditional slope of the fastback line at the rear of the car with a "floating" spoiler. This innovative feature enhances the curve of the new 3008's bodywork while optimising aerodynamics.

With customer deliveries set to commence in early Q1 2025, the range will launch with two variants that are available to pre-order now, with a mid-spec variant set to join the range later.
