Team Falken's Yoshihide Muroya has claimed his third victory of the season in the seventh race of this year's Red Bull Air Race World Championship. Held this past September 16-17 weekend in Lausitz, Germany, Falken demonstrated great form in front of a sell-out crowd 50,000 strong - soaring into second position overall from a previous fourth prior to the event.
As the climax is steady approaching in Indianapolis with 11 points separating the top 3, hundreds of thousands will be clutching at their seats in anticipation. Team Falken's Muroya has earned consecutive wins in the second and third races this season. Coupled with the weekend's outstanding performance means he is a strong contender to capture his and Japan's first overall title in the United States.
Muroya, who holds the distinction of being the only race pilot from Asia competing in the Red Bull Air Race World Championship, is championing the sport within the region. Recognising his powerful passion and determination, Falken found strong compatibility with their own brand image, and proudly began their sponsorship in 2015.
