The highly anticipated 2010 model of Suzuki's legendary Hayabusa sportsbike is now available in Australia.

Originally introduced in 1999 and consistently tested as the fastest production motorcycle in the world, the iconic Hayabusa redefined the hyper-sport category and in doing so required its own classification, "ultimate sport".

Designed for maximum performance, the Suzuki Hayabusa - named after the Japanese bird-of-prey capable of speeds in excess of 300 km/h - is one of Australia's most popular, high-powered sports motorcycles.

The 2010 Hayabusa is packed with race-bred technology, including Suzuki's Dual Throttle Valve (SDTV) fuel injection system, a 1,340cc, DOHC, liquid-cooled, four-cylinder, 16-valve engine, delivers incredible power and impressive torque throughout its broad powerband.

Suzuki's original Drive Mode Selector (S-DMS) lets riders select one of three engine maps to suit road conditions and their riding preferences, while the innovative Suzuki Clutch Assist System (SCAS) back-torque-limiting clutch delivers smooth and controlled downshifts.

The Hayabusa's lightweight twin-spar aluminium-alloy frame, advanced braking and suspension systems, and aggressive and sporty styling complete a potent package.

Available in either Black or White colour schemes, the 2010 Hayabusa is now on dealer floors, backed by Suzuki's two-year, unlimited kilometre warranty.
