According to the latest FCAI (Federal Council of Automotive
Industries) year to date sales reports, the Hyosung
GT650R has once again taken out the top 'Super
Sports' mantle, and is the eighth best selling road bike in the
country. The GT650R offers a great package of
features for a reasonable price and is available in a learner
variant for LAMS states.
The GT250R sport commuter has maintained its
spot as the third best selling sub 250cc road bike and the
GV250 cruiser finished in a credible seventh spot.
The GT250R also made it into the top 10 road bikes
overall, in 7th position, just ahead of the GV250
cruiser, giving Hyosung 3 models in the top 10 selling bikes.
The current Hyosung 'Cash Back' offers end June 30th, so get
into your Hyosung Dealer now and "Get More for Less" on a bike that
is already outstanding value for money...
About Hyosung
Founded in 1978 as a division of the massive Hyosung Group, Hyosung
Motors & Machinery began producing motorcycle designs under
license for the South Korean market in 1979. In 1986, Hyosung
established its own research and development centre in Japan and,
the following year, began mass production of its own deigns.
Hyosung was the official motorcycle supplier for the 1988 Summer
Olympics in Seoul. In 2003, Hyosung Motors & Machinery was spun
off from the Hyosung Group and remained its own corporate entity
until it was recently absorbed into one of the biggest companies in
South Korea – S&T Motors. S&T's goal is simple: to
become one of the major players in the global motorcycle industry.
The massive company is committed to strengthening its international
competitiveness through a vigorous research and development
process. In just 20 years, Hyosung has made a highly successful
transition from producing simple, efficient bikes for commuting
into the highly competitive recreational market.
