The first video footage of the all-new Volvo S60 sedan has been exclusively released via social media.

The Volvo S60 was the first car video posted on YouTube in 2010 going live a few seconds into the New Year.

Although Facebook members were able to see the S60 late last year, the video on YouTube is the general public's first opportunity to see the vehicle.

Images of the all-new Volvo S60 were released to the world press on 10 November 2009 but no TV or video footage was released at that time. Instead Volvo Car Corporation decided to release the first video to Volvo enthusiasts around the world through social media networks.

The all-new Volvo S60 will be unveiled to the public for the first time at the Geneva Motor Show in early March 2010. Production of the sporty sedan model will start in early summer 2010 at the Volvo Cars' plant in Ghent, Belgium.
