Mazda Australia has announced the recipients of its 25th annual Mazda Master Dealer Excellence Awards program, with a ceremony taking place in Adelaide on Friday 22 February.

Recognising dealers in the Mazda Australia network that deliver business excellence and exceptional customer experience, the awards were established in 1994 to shine the spotlight onto major success drivers including facilities, business processes, people development, sales results, financial management and customer satisfaction.

An assessment of these key areas culminated in 14 Dealers receiving the accolade for 2018.

Among them were many repeat winners, including Wippells Auto from Queensland, who have held Master Dealer status since the program's inception, owing to consistently excellent performance.  

South Australia's Paradise Motors count the 2018 award as their 23rd, while it's the 21st for Ringwood Mazda and the 20th for Werribee Mazda, both based in Victoria.

Mazda also celebrated South Morang Mazda from Victoria and Wide Bay Mazda from Queensland, who were recognised as Master Dealers for the first time.

Mazda Australia Director of Sales, Jarrod Gieschen, said Master Dealer status is deeply valued in an environment where the benchmark for quality of service is high.

"A highly motivated and passionate group of dealers is absolutely integral to the success of Mazda Australia, and the Mazda Master Dealer program gives us an opportunity to celebrate their efforts," said Mr Gieschen.

"The program helps to advance the benchmark for service each year, encouraging evolution and improvement on best practice, honouring Mazda's customer-centric focus at every touchpoint."

Mazda Australia congratulates the 2018 Master Dealers, and the teams and staff whose work has contributed to the achievement.
