In a continuing process of evolution, the 2008 Model Year Range Rover Vogue has further strengthened its position as the world's most complete luxury SUV.

The list of changes for 2008 is headed by the introduction of four-zone air conditioning option, which enables rear seat passengers to control their individual heating and ventilation, as well as quicker pull down of temperature. The unit contains its own heater, evaporator and blower motor and is mounted in the centre console.

Now standard across the range is enhanced Bluetooth phone connectivity functions. The system now facilitates Bluetooth phonebook transfer to the audio unit so numbers can be recalled via the vehicle controls and steering wheel.

A redesigned rear seat armrest provides extra stowage space (including a dedicated location for the rear seat entertainment remote control) and there is additional leather trim on the heating and ventilation unit and centre console.

There are now a total of seven real wood veneers to choose from, all sourced from sustainable forests, and additional wood veneer elements have been applied to the rear of the centre console.

The attention to detail extends to new tread-plates and revised graphics on the touch-screen and instruments. A new interior colour becomes available, called Storm, as well as two new exterior colours, Alaska White and Lucerne Green, and a fresh set of "designers' choices" for recommended interior and exterior combinations.

"We are keeping the Range Rover Vogue offering fresh with regular changes: some are major, like the introduction of the TDV8 engine earlier this year, while others are about the detail, such as those coming in for 2008," says Phil Popham. "And this approach seems to have continuing appeal for our customers, as we're on track for one of our best ever sales years with the Range Rover Vogue."

For the 08MY Range Rover Vogue pricing remains unchanged for the Supercharged, however the TDV8 & TDV8 Luxury models both gain minimal price increases:

Range Rover Vogue 08MY recommended retail pricing:

TDV8 $142,900
TDV8 Luxury $166,900
Supercharged $185,900
