Snake Racing Secures Naming Rights For Coffs Coast ARC Rally

One of Australia's leading manufacturers of four wheel drive performance and suspension parts, Snake Racing, has announced it has signed on as the naming rights sponsor for round five of the 2012 Bosch Australian Rally Championship in 2012 the Coffs Coast Rally on the NSW North Coast in October.

Snake Racing is set to be a key sponsor of the opening round of the championship, Rally Calder presented by East Coast Bullbars, and the Bosch Australian Rally Championship.

Snake Racing will also present the new 'Tech Talk' segments on both the internet and on the Bosch ARC's TV coverage on Network Ten and ONE HD.

According to proprietor of Snake Racing, Ryan Flanagan, the Bosch Australian Rally Championship will provide some new and exciting marketing exposure and opportunities for the company.

"Snake Racing has been involved in motor sport for more than 20 years and we are always looking for opportunities to showcase our brand and be a part of any motor sport event that is spectator orientated," said Ryan Flanagan.

"Our involvement with the Bosch Australian Rally Championship in 2012 will be our first time in this arena of motor sport and we are excited to be part of the buzz that rallying is generating," he added.

Snake Racing is an Australian owned and run business with more than 20 years' experience in design, manufacture and distribution of four wheel drive accessories - ranging from LED lighting to suspension kits and winches.

Snake Racing's involvement in the Bosch Australian Rally Championship extends beyond sponsorship to include involvement on the track in the Australian Side by Side Rally Challenge with a three-vehicle team.

"We will be running athree car team and we are all pumped and ready to tackle the competition in the new side by side class which debuts at Rally Calder in March," Ryan added.

"With four rounds, across four states and a variety of terrain and conditions it will indeed be a challenge for those involved," explained Ryan Flanagan.

CEO of the Bosch Australian Rally Championship, Scott Pedder, congratulated Snake Racing and said he believes the Bosch Australian Rally Championship is a perfect fit for the specialist accessory company.

The opening round of the 2012 Bosch ARC, Rally Calder presented by East Coast Bullbars, is scheduled for March 1-4 at Calder Park in Melbourne with round two,the Quit Forest Rally in WA on March 30-April 1, round three, the International Rally of Queensland on the Sunshine Coast, on May 24-27, the Rally of South Australia in the Adelaide Hills from July 29-31 making up the fourth round, while round five, the Coffs Coast Rally will be run over the same roads used for Australia"s World Championship round at Coffs Harbour on October 13-14. The grand finale to the Bosch ARC will be Rally Victoria in Gippsland on November 9-10.
